As of Monday, 14th April 2025, we are accepting new patients to our practice
We are currently accepting patients from the following areas:
- Gossops Green
- Broadfield
- Bewbush
- Ifield (Not Ifield West)
You have two options for registering with us:
- Online Registration: You can easily register online by clicking here.
- In-Person Registration: Alternatively, you can visit the surgery to collect the registration forms.
Important Information:
- Please ensure that all sections of the registration forms are completed fully. Incomplete forms will cause delays in processing your registration.
- Registrations may take a few days to complete. You will receive a text message once your registration has been successfully processed.
- If you are currently taking medication, please ensure you have enough to cover you for the registration period.
