New Patients

New Patient Registration

Due to recent increase in patient demand and registrations, we have reluctantly capped our patient list.

We are only accepting patients in certain circumstances, they are as follows:

  • Adopted Children
  • Children under 16, Who’s Parent/Carer is already a pre-existing patient here
  • Newborn Babies, Who’s parents/carer is already a pre-existing Patient here
  • Someone who is moving in with a patient who is already registered with us at the same address within our catchment area

If one of the above situations does not apply to you, you will need to contact GP allocations.

Non-English Speakers

These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
